Well, this is an unexpected use for a speaker.
The Slow Mo Guys revisited one of their favorite videos with brand new, super slow motion cameras. They covered a speaker with paint, then blasted and filmed the colors explode into the air. It's oddly satisfying to watch the paint burst and mix at a leisurely pace.
The guys broke apart the top of the speaker to place a variety colors in the cone. They used one camera, which can produce about 12,000 frames per second, and another camera that can produce a 100 megapixel photo of the slow mo.
Both cameras showcase the process 10 times deeper than their usual cameras. They even tested out the new cameras by replacing the paint in the speakers with milk and cereal, because why not? Read more...
