Online dating isn't exactly a bed of roses at the best of times. But, Mashable's Rachel Thompson experienced something so unusual, she coined a term for it.
That term is "cloaking" and it refers to the practice of blocking someone whilst simultaneously standing them up for an IRL date.
Here, Rachel recalls what happened when she was cloaked by her Hinge match.
