Since its initial launch in 2010, Social Media Day has grown to become an international celebration. From veteran events in Barcelona, Spain to first-time proclamations in Kochi, India, the world will gather on June 30 to recognize the impact social media has had on our lives.
This year in New York City, Mashable, alongside Splash and feedfeed, is hosting a Social Media Day extravaganza of its own. Guests will be able to escape the summer heat with refreshments and snacks provided by our friends at Almond, Aquafina Sparkling, Brooklyn Brewery, GuS and New Amsterdam.
